Am 7. Mai 2024 finden die Wahlen des Obersten Schulrates statt. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Kollegialorgan auf Staatsebene mit beratender Funktion für das Ministerium für Unterricht.

Wir sind stolz darauf, Ihnen unser neuestes Video präsentieren zu können, das von engagierten Schülerinnen und Schülern unserer AG Kommunikation produziert wurde. Ebenso gebührt Aaron Robatscher Anerkennung für die atemberaubenden Luftaufnahmen, die mit einer Drohne aufgenommen wurden und eine einzigartige Perspektive auf unsere Schule bieten.
Durch die gemeinsame Anstrengung und Kreativität dieser talentierten Schülerinnen und Schüler haben wir ein beeindruckendes Werk geschaffen, das die Lebendigkeit und Dynamik unserer Schule einfängt.

The Air-raid Shelter (Bunker) near our School
Almost everyone knows there is a shelter behind our school. Nevertheless, no class of the Realgymnasium Bozen has entered it yet. But on the 7th of June we were guided through its underground ducts by Mr. Gino Bombonato.
This shelter was built by the Nazi Germans between 1943-1944 to protect themselves from their foes’ bombing raids. Inside the tunnels you can still recognise leftovers of floor tiles. It was arranged in a very exclusive and comfortable way, because also officials and high-ranked soldiers lived there. There were offices, sleeping places, toilets, kitchens, lights and many other comforting things.
When the Germans understood they had lost the war, they burnt and destroyed all the documents to eliminate any evidence. After the end of the Second World War, in the 60s and 70s, the shelter was accessible, but then it was closed, although young people sometimes entered, because they were curious to see that place.
In 2013 “Bunker H” became a museum, and consequently it was not possible anymore to enter.
Nowadays a variety of events like concerts or plays take place in the shelter. Moreover, a lake is located in its insides, and even a rare specie of bats lives there.
All in all, we really appreciated the interesting visit of “Bunker H”!
